Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders (Pakistan): Dispatched and delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
• International Orders: Dispatched and delivered within 15 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Important Notes on Delivery

Because many of our pieces are artisan-produced and made-to-order, processing times may occasionally be extended. Additionally, please allow for slight delays during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and support of slow, sustainable craft.
